A Great Review-
Great app store reviews help us tremendously, especially if you are happy with StagePlot Guru. If you wish to see continous development of SPG we encourage users to leave helpful reviews on the app store, please do telll people what you love about SPG.
A Note About Bad Reviews-
We know we don't always get it right. We are continuously trying to improve to bring you a better product. But rest assured, bad reviews left on the app store accomplish very little.
Here's why:
The Apple review system between developer (us) and user (you) makes it impossible to communicate in real time.
More often than not, most unfavorable reviews could have easily been spared if the user would have only reached out directly through any of the customer support channels we offer.
Bad reviews remain forever, even after we have addressed an issue, unless the user goes through the trouble to log in and change the review (rarely does this happen). It continues to reflect poorly on our rating, even after we have resolved the issue. This helps no one.
So, if you are unsatisfied with SPG in any way, have questiions, wish to improve its features, the best way to communicate is directly to us, not on the app store. This will give us a chance to speak to you, and give you a chance to be heard in real time.
We have offered many direct channels to reach us directly.
Your ability to use SPG effectively is of the utmost importance to us.

We try to be on top of any and all bugs that pop up. StagePlot Guru is available on many different models of iPhones and iPads, so every once in awhile a bug can pop up that is device specific.
