By entering this SPG AND AMPG Award Giveaway (the “SPG MUSIC MATTERS Award”), you will be bound by these Terms & Conditions and you acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements. “SPG AND AMPG” means SPG AND AMPG LLC or any of its affiliates.

 

Eligibility. Open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their state of residence prior to the date of entry. Employees of Sponsor, SPG AND AMPG and its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. This award will also be considered for out of country entries based on local laws. It is the sole responsibility of the submitter to vet local laws to assure legality. No submission refunds will be given for any circumstances. Most participant countries are eligible to enter and on behalf of SPG and AMPG there are currently no foreseen issues that would prevent award distribution. However, if you feel there is law with receiving monetary

awards in your state or country, please refrain from entering as we will be unable to distribute the award.

 

Distribution of Award. Award will be distributed through any of the following methods: endorsed check made payable to recipient or via digital platform. Currencies are based on USD amount only. Electronic fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Date of payout will be determined by time of notification contact and payable within 60 to 90 days (or sooner) after determination. AMPG will make every effort to distribute this award in one lump sum, however, reserves the right to pay the award in installments if necessary.

 

Sponsor. The Sponsor is the individual or entity offering the Award on the Award Landing Page. Prize(s) and Winner Selection Method. The Sponsor will award a prize to one individual who enters at the Award point of entry (“Award Landing Page”) using the selection method identified below. The Award Landing Page will specify the Sponsor, prize(s), approximate retail value, how to the official Music Matters Submission form located in the stageplotguru.com site.  Potential recipients will be selected based on application reviews from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. If you are a winner, an e-mail notification will be sent to you, SPG AND AMPG on behalf of the Sponsor.

 

Entry Frequency.  More than one entry is allowed, as long as entries are received before the application deadline as listed on the contest landing page.  SPG AND AMPG/Ampg.com account per Award. Prize(s) will be fulfilled by the Sponsor. Prize(s) will either be delivered by Ampg.com, Inc. or one of its affiliates or by the Sponsor using the shipping address you select for the Award. Each winner will be responsible for paying income taxes and any other expenses incurred.

 

How to Enter. You may apply for the SPG Music Matters Award via the entry method described below.

1. On the Award Landing Page, fill out the entry form instructions.

2. When you complete the entry form, submit your complete entry to AMPG.

 

Method of Determination. By applying for this award, the applicant understands this is not a sweepstakes, drawing, gambling, or circumstance which will be awarded by random chance. All entries will receive a biased judgement based on opinion of circumstances referenced directly from the review panel based solely on the applicant response. The biases of review are based on

the applicants response only. Bias is in no way determined by race, sex, or ethnicity.

Submission Fee Use: The $15 submission fee is used to fund the review panel members to review your application and used toward general operating expenses used for the platform(s) for the duration of acceptance. If you are unable to pay the submission fee due to hardship, please email us.

 

Disclosure in Connection with Publicizing Entry. All persons who enter are entitled to anonymity and are not required to publicly announce their prize. However, on behalf of the award, recipients may ask to do a brief interview in good faith.

Additional Terms. Sponsor, together with SPG AND AMPG, reserves the right to modify or cancel this Award at any time. In the event of cancellation, a full refund of your processing fee will be issued. Sponsor and SPG AND AMPG and its affiliates are not responsible for: (a) lost, misdirected, late, or incomplete entries or for inaccurate entry information; (b) any operation or transmission error, theft, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or (c) damage to any computer or device resulting from downloading Award materials. Sponsor, together with SPG AND AMPG, may disqualify any individual found to be: (x) tampering with a Award; (y) violating these Terms & Conditions; or (z) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to threaten or harass any person. Incomplete and robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entries will be disqualified. Incomplete or slanderous or inflammatory applications will be immediately discarded.

Miscellaneous. This award is governed by the laws of the United States. And by local laws in your country of residence. By applying for this Award, you agree (for yourself and your heirs) that Sponsor, SPG AND AMPG, and each of their respective affiliates and agents, and any entity involved in any aspect of the Award (all aforementioned parties are collectively, the “Released Parties”) will have no liability, and will be held harmless from and against liability, loss, injury or damage to property or person, including death, and reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in the Award, even if caused or contributed to by the negligence of any of the Released Parties.

By submitting, You agree that Sponsor’s decisions related to this Award and all distribution of prizes are final,  and subject but not limited to  forfeiture of disputes, lawsuits or legal arbitration from participant or associates of participants.

Privacy. At no time will your personal information will be shared with any entity other than AMPG and the application review panel. All applications will be digitally destroyed after award has been distributed. However, unless otherwise noted, we may send offers we feel you would benefit from with the option to unsubscribe. We don't support spamming practices in any way.
